FRONT LINE SUCCESS SYSTEMS, LLC

CODE OF ETHICS

Front Line Success Systems, LLC (“Front Line Transitions”), offers transition coaching
services from a perspective that encourages personal responsibility. Ultimately, the client
is responsible for their own success and goal achievement.

PART ONE: Definition of Coaching

Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce
extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the
process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and
enhance their quality of life.

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and
contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the
client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus
and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they
are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. Front Line Transitions’
associate coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and
actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.

PART TWO: Client Conduct

As a client of Front Line Transitions, I have chosen to receive career coaching services
from an organization that encourages personal responsibility. To this end, I agree to abide
by the Front Line Transitions Code of Ethics.

• I will abide by this Client CODE OF ETHICS and by the Front Line Transitions’ TERMS OF USE and the PRIVACY POLICY.

• I will accurately represent myself and all information relating to me as an individual to allow for direct, effective and meaningful communication between myself and Front Line Transitions’ staff.

• I will abide by Front Line Transitions’ “mutual respect” philosophy, treating all Front Line Transitions’ staff and fellow members with courtesy and professionalism. To this end, I will not through my language or tone (whether in person, via the telephone or on-line) disrespect, threaten, harass, ridicule or disparage any member of the Front Line Transitions’ staff or fellow Front Line Transitions’ members. Such prohibited communications include, but are not limited to, sexually-charged material or statements or material or statements that endorse or promote discriminatory stereotypes or advocate or discuss illegal activity.

• I will abide by all applicable laws, regulations and rules governing the use and dissemination of copyrighted or trademarked material.

• I will not post, send, transmit, upload or otherwise publish any materials that contain a virus or any other harmful component or interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of Front Line Transitions in any way.

• When applicable, I will be available for my individual one-on-one sessions and be prompt and prepared for all scheduled meetings and sessions with Front Line Transitions’ staff. To the extent possible, I will give my Coach 24-hour notice if I am unable to keep a previously scheduled appointment. I will also respond to my
Front Line Transitions’ Coach’s inquiries regarding my availability for appointments as soon as possible and not later than within 3 days. I recognize that if I miss 2 scheduled appointments with my Coach, my eligibility to continue in the Front Line Transitions Program may be jeopardized.

• I will not disclose my Front Line Transitions password or identification number to another individual so as to assist or enable that individual to use Front Line Transitions’ client-restricted services. I understand that my Front Line Transitions client status is non-transferable, and that I am the only person authorized to
receive Front Line Transitions Services under my name.

• I am responsible for my own success, including my career development, my achievement of goals, and my access to employment opportunities. While Front Line Transitions’ Coaches and staff seek to help me in a proactive way with my optimal individual and career development growth, neither Front Line Transitions
nor its staff can guarantee, warrant or ensure that I will successfully obtain a particular employment position or achieve a specific career objective.

• I understand that the focus of the Front Line Transitions Program is not to assess or treat clinical issues. If any such issues arise in the context of our coaching session, or if a client’s situation suggests a clear or imminent danger to self or others, the Front Line Transitions’ staff will take the necessary steps to protect all
parties involved including the client. Also, in such cases where the Front Line Transitions Coach feels it is beneficial, client will be advised to seek an appropriate referral source.

• I understand that the Front Line Transitions Program will include a specific amount of time devoted to interaction between Coach and client. If I feel that I need additional coaching after the completion of this time, I understand that I may request additional time for a fee.

• I subscribe to the above Front Line Transitions Code of Ethics and I acknowledge and agree that my continued participation is contingent upon adherence to all of the above rules and any subsequent amendments thereto.

PART THREE: Coach Conduct

As a Professional Coach of Front Line Transitions, I have chosen to offer career coaching
services that encourage the clients’ personal responsibility and empowerment to manage
their own lives. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively upon the
coaching profession. To this end, I agree to abide by the Front Line Transitions Code of
Ethics.

Professional Conduct

• I will abide by the Front Line Transitions’ CODE OF ETHICS, TERMS OF USE and the PRIVACY POLICY.

• I will be responsible for setting clear, appropriate, and culturally sensitive boundaries that govern any physical contact that I may have with my clients.

• I will not become sexually involved with any of my clients.

• I will construct clear agreements with my clients, and will honor all agreements made in the context of professional coaching relationships.

• I will ensure that, prior to or at the initial session, my coaching client understands the nature of coaching, the bounds of confidentiality, financial arrangements and other terms of the coaching agreement.

• I will accurately identify my qualifications, expertise and experience as a coach.

• I will not intentionally mislead or make false claims about what my client will receive from the coaching process or from me as their coach.

• I will not give my clients or prospective clients’ information or advice I know or believe to be misleading.

• I will not knowingly exploit any aspect of the coach-client relationship for my personal, professional or monetary advantage or benefit.

• I will respect the client’s right to terminate coaching at any point during the process.

• If I believe the client would be better served by another coach, or by another resource, I will encourage the client to make a change.

• I will suggest that my clients seek the services of other professionals when deemed appropriate or necessary.

• I will take all reasonable steps to notify the appropriate authorities in the event a client discloses an intention to endanger self or others.

Confidentiality/Privacy

• I will respect the confidentiality of my client’s information, except as otherwise authorized by my client, or as required by law.

• I will obtain agreement from my clients before releasing their names as clients or references, or any other client identifying information.

• I will obtain agreement from the person being coached before releasing information to another person compensating me.

• I will accurately create, maintain, store and dispose of any records of work done in relation to the practice of coaching in a way that promotes confidentiality and complies with any applicable laws.

Conflicts of Interest

• I will seek to avoid conflicts between my interests and the interests of my clients.

• Whenever any actual conflict of interest or the potential for a conflict of interest arises, I will openly disclose it and fully discuss with my client how to deal with it in whatever way best serves my client.

• I will disclose to my client all anticipated compensation from third parties that I may receive for referrals of that client.

• I will not barter for services, goods or other non-monetary remuneration.
